I offer individual therapy for children (9+), adolescents, and adults. I work with issues including but not limited to anxiety, behavioral problems, depression, parenting, school issues, and self-confidence building.
I strive to give clients the skills they can take from the session into their daily lives; to achieve a more fulfilling relationship and deeper connections.
I enjoy helping families learn cooperation, compassion, and understanding to support the family unit work, communicate, and grow with each other. I also work with couples in varying dynamics in their relationships. We work on restoring open and honest communication, breaking destructive patterns, and managing the different phases of a relationship.
In couples’ sessions, I strive to give couples the skills they can take from the session into their daily lives; to achieve a more fulfilling relationship and a deeper connection.
** If you have scheduled an appointment for a minor child (under 18), a parent or guardian must attend sessions for legal reasons, billing reasons, and to assist in the therapy.

Marriage & Family Therapists are trained in systematic or relational therapy. They believe that throughout life, we exist in several relationships that directly and indirectly impact our well-being. Our relationships with family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors influence and create our individual experiences. Find out more about how an MFT can help you navigate your journey.
I am an AAMFT Supervisor that can supervise students who are in school or in their internship who need an MFT Supervisor. I have worked with individuals or through the clinics, they are placed in.

My desire is to help grow and strengthen our MFT community.
