I offer individual therapy for children (7+), adolescents and adults. I work with issues including but not limited to anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, parenting, school issues, and self-confidence building.
I strive to give clients the skills that they can take from the session into their daily lives; to achieve a more fulfilling relationship and deeper connections.
I enjoy helping families learn the skills of cooperation, compassion, and understanding to help the family unit work, communicate and grow with each other.
I also work with couples in varying dynamics in their relationships. We work on restoring open and honest communication, breaking destructive patterns and manage the different phases of a relationship.
In couples’ session we strive to give couples the skills that they can take from the session into their daily lives; to achieve a more fulfilling relationship and a deeper connection.
